Knitting makes sense to me. Crochet, not so much. It took a while for me to realise that it wasn&#8217;t just knitting in a circle. Crochet has it&#8217;s own\u00c2\u00a0stitches\u00c2\u00a0and it&#8217;s own notation. When I first started \u00c2\u00a0I found the tutorials confusing and ended up giving up on quite a few projects, usually in a rage.<\/p>\n<p>Eventually something clicked and although there are still a lot of crochet stitches that I&#8217;m pretending don&#8217;t exist I am definitely improving. I love how crochet looks, I love the spiral effects I can create and I really love only using 1 needle.
